(4%) The most elite position in the orders and their skill of summoning is not much higher than Primes but noticeably enough to earn the rank of Sage though very tough to achieve, they unhappily share their rank with Omni Guardians, who are much more numerous than they. The only advantage they have is their singular skill of one element is greater than Guardians. They advise and counsel the head of the Order. Lords and Kings desire a Sage in their high councils but since there are not that many Sages not every Lord or Kings court have one, many Sages prefer to stay within their Order Halls. They elect Primes and Master Sage.
