Ailian is the ship for the characters Kaedehara Aina and Ragnvindr Lianyu.
Character Information
Kaedehara Aina is the daughter of the last remaining member of the Kaedehara Clan, Kaedehara Kazuha, and the famous traveller, Aether. She is a member of the Shuumatsuban, and loyal to the Yashiro Commission. Currently, she is formally under the command of the Yashiro Commissioner, Kamisato Ayato, but she also loyally follows any orders given to her by Ayato's son and heir, Fynn.
Ragnvindr Lianyu is the second and youngest daughter of the human-turned-Adeptus head of the Ragnvindr Clan and the Dawn Winery, Diluc Ragnvindr, and the Adeptus and ex-Geo Archon, Morax - known more commonly as Rex Lapis and Zhongli (in his mortal form). She is in line to inherit the Dawn Winery from her father, which now has a branch tavern in every nation in Teyvat, including Snezhnaya. She is an Adeptus, but she prefers to live amongst humans and very rarely even trains her Adepti abilities - to the annoyance of the other Adepti.
Ship Ideas
Kaedehara Aina and Ragnvindr Lianyu meet when Aina travels to Liyue with her step-cousins, Kamisato Fynn and Kamisato Sakura so that Fynn and Sakura could have dinner with the family of Fynn's new romantic interest, Kreideprinz Zexi.
Aina and her half-brother, Kamisato Akimitsu, choose not to attend the dinner with them and, while Akimitsu took a walk around Liyue, Aina chooses to go to Liyue Harbour and visit the branch of the Dawn Winery that was in Liyue. There, she runs into Lianyu, who was helping her father out.
