Irmin Kjelland

Not much is known about Irmin Kjelland besides that he was from Norway and was the Student Council President for the Khaenri'ah Dorm at the time that Dainsleif Tveit was studying at Teyvat Academy and was also a part of the student council.
He is notably known as the last Student Council President for the Khaenri'ah Dorm and Class as, after he and Dainsleif (along with the other students in their year) graduated, the Khaenri'ah Dorm and Class was removed from the school, and all remaining students in the Dorm were either transferred to different a different Dorm or left the school entirely.
