Personal history

Sly was present the last time the world was ending and fought in the biggest battles to preserve life and hope.  He lost faith in leaders after that time, and disappeared as much as possible in the developed land.  Throughout time he has sought out and brought down powerful characters, bringing down the too-powerful at all levels.  Something big is coming, and it is different than last time.  Sly can tell.  He's out to learn what is happening and stop it before it all ends again.
