Ioan Gobry

I middle aged Air Genasi who is the handler of the intiates for their first mission in the Watchful Eye.   He was leading and controlling the cart for the adventure. 
Considered to have a light voice that comes off just a tad bit creepy. He knows alot, but because of his nature ultimately seems oblivious.
