The "Necromancer"

Having been the scourge of Lanternlight, the infamous mage turned an entire town into a horde of zombie like creatures. Although he is called a necromancer by the Order of the Hunt, its difficult to tell if he is such.
Limited information is available but here is the collected from each encounter or from speaking underlings:

• Name is Ivalice
• Able to cast= Dimension Door, Cloud Kill, Bigby's Hand, Arcane Eye, Sleep
• Able to create zombie-like monsters from living humanoids
• Seen in Lanternlight and La-Valin
• Has had at least 4 followers, 2 cultists and 2 fanatics
• Said to have a possible meeting location at or near the Cold Caverns
• When LarX confronted, thanked him from making a bigger mistake.

Since the events of Lanternlight and the disappearance after confronting the group that stopped the attack the "necromancer has been unseen for weeks afterwards.
