Danessa Nightwhistle

• Known only to her friends as “Dani” • Danessa is a heiress to become the next elder of her family • She is the oldest of 14 siblings • The Nightwhistle family consists of six Elders, all of whom choose and train their successor as a head of the family of Nightwhistle. Danessa was chosen by her very own grandmother. • The House of Elders are responsible for keeping the knowledge of their family history, and that of their psyonic powers a secret to all but their chosen. Elders must choose a successor and the power her grandmother possessed chose Danessa at only 3 years of age. • Growing up Danessa had special classes in the evenings and outside her younger siblings, lacked any kind of childhood. After a days tutoring in class, her grandmother would train her on meditations and ancient family history forbade to discuss outside of the Elders and their chosen heirs. • When Danessa hadnt shown the ability to manifest their families power by 16 years, they started pressuring her to marry and have children in hopes her power would manifest or the very least produce the next possibles heirs. • Not liking that option and having turned away many suitors, she ran away from home to embark on a new life and perhaps make a name for herself and maybe her family- in time. • Wanting to prove herself, Danessa set off in hopes to be an adventurer in the new lands beyond. If a home life wasnt enough to scare her powers into being perhaps coming close to death could. Free from her family's influences, bickering, and coddling natures, Danessa now had to find who she wanted to be.

She wouldnt put it past her family to put a live bounty on her head. • While seemingly sweet, Dani has a cunning and deceptive nature often pretending to be a young child to gain favor • Dani has an eye for the latest fashion and often prefers to dress in more child-like garments • Dani has an unhealthy obsession with sweet and sugary confections
