Daphy Wixx

She has a younger brother named Otus who still lives with their parents, and is just as religious and pretentious. But he’s only 13, and was pretty close to Daphy as well. She tried to convince him to run away with her and he refused, but agreed not to tell their parents about her plans. He didn’t know she was going to take money from them, though.
She would know her aunts and uncles, but not really have much of a relationship with them, apart from her aunt Samira. Both sides of her family are very proud of their dedication to Pelor, and see themselves as merciful and compassionate people. Older generations of the family were paladins of Pelor and were celebrated for their kindness and compassion, but more recent generations of her family (mostly her grandparents on) are so proud of their reputation for being good that they often miss the mark when it counts, and can be inclined to violence and prejudice. Her aunt Samira (mother’s youngest sister, and only a few years Daphy’s senior, they basically grew up together) focuses more on the agriculture and alleviating suffering than the rest of the family, and Daphy always looked up to her. She is more humble than anyone else in the family (including Daphy, who’s overly proud in her own right), and believes she is needed on the Old World due to the escalating violence. She is also more peaceful than the rest of her family.
