Kothar

Lizardman. Strong, tall, with bright orange-yellow plume on head that flares up when he is in a fight. Employed as pit fighter at the Scale & Tail (which appears to be named after him - its main attraction). Reputedly undefeated.
Has a bright-orange plume on top of his head that flares up during fights. Kothar also has an unsettling hissing laugh, which he reveals at the most inappropriate moments.
