Manuel Martelo

Manuel is a former Marine that nearly drowned in a shipwreck. Having lost everything, he decided to come to Gethen to start anew. On the passage across the Sea of Ash, he befriended Edward Grey, and struck up a partnership with him.
Manuel has identifiably elvish features.
