Racoon-based Animalian.

Play as a Lotori:
Ability Score Increase: +1 to Dexterity, and +1 to your choice of Intelligence or Charisma.
Age: Athlacan Animalians, with only a couple of exceptions, age at the same rate as humans.
Size: Medium (5 to 6.5 feet tall)
Speed: 6 squares (30 ft)
Darkvision: Accustomed to life underground, you have superior vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 25 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
Lotori Smell-Sense: You have advantage on perception checks when perceiving smells.
Tool Proficiency: You gain proficiency with thieves tools

Flatten Escape: You are able to flatten your bone structure to squeeze through areas half as wide as normal Medium creatures (one dimension only, like prison bars or between two rocks, etc)
Distraction Theft: Whenever you make a Sleight Of Hand check for picking pockets, you can add your Charisma modifier on top of your other modifiers for the check
Languages: You can speak, read, and write Common and Lotori, and if your Intelligence is 16 or greater you also speak Canid.
