Mandibarchian Tech

This is any technology created by Dr. Mandibarch or brought to the world with him from another plane or world. His Mandibarchian_Labs were scattered throughout the NeoCap and beyond. Much of the tech was brought back from the Mech_Plane.
Most of this tech is recognizeable as dark green and black metal. There were so many labs scattered across the NeoCap that it is not unheard of to find this metal. There is a stash of the stuff in the Capital City Moss Point vault, as well as in a secret storage bunker under Lower Minespa
