When the Hungry Dark  was stopped, all the nanites throughout the entire NeoCap  reverted to this microscopic slurry  of all the metals, gems, stone, and solid matter that had been consumed and converted by the Hungry Dark . This new material is harder than stone or steel, resistant to damage and magic, and cannot be manipulated except by very niche casters called Neocatect , which so far only one is known, a Rope Elf  by the name of Mendaric . He is working tirelessly to rebuild the castle and important parts of Capital City Moss Point
