Queen Millie

Human (as far as we know...) Queen of Kithaern.

She grew up in an orphanage with Drake, and found out later that the assassinated beloved king was her father. Heroes helped her oust the acting governor, who was a puppet of the three crime families.

As Queen she has overseen the resettlement of Athlaca refugees during the Chon Daj War and the Hungry Dark War, oversaw the building of Charcoal Port and Aiaiopolis to accomodate all the new peoples.

Fostered a romantic relationship with Drake.
