. The very first Animalian encountered when the first group of Player Characters came to Athlaca. He was one of the two guards at the gate that joked about not letting the PCs in because there were only Animalians allowed in the city, so only PoNi could enter, since this was the part of history that PoNi was a Dragontortle.

He lost his job as guard because of this behavior of picking on tourists, and went to work security for Ricky at the Coliseum. When Ricky was revealed to be Ares, Regio took the side of Francis and the heroes against the god of war.

Regio lost his job again since the Coliseum was destroyed and went to work for the Atmo Confo as a bouncer at one of their meeting locations. This was a very short time (although long enough to get the tattoo) since the heroes destroyed the headquarters very shortly after the Coliseum.

The Coliseum was rebuilt, and Regio came back to work for Francis, becoming one of his most trusted bodyguards. He led the group that needed to transport the coin and treasure from Mad Fidalgo’s Tower to the bank in Athlaca.

During the Chon Daj War, Regio took a post patrolling the South border of Athlaca, which did not see any battles, but he did let the heroes from Kithaern into the city to defeat Chon Daj's soldiers. He made several friends with a group of Foxkin that were residing in the bamboo forest.

Most recently he was one of the founding members Anne recruited when she started the Athlacan Mercenary Guild, where he signed on to the assignment of stopping the "invaders" arriving in the Regent’s tram.
