Blake (a.k.a. Vantara Blake)
Scouted as rougish orphan in the streets by a secret order of assassins, Blake was raised and trained in the shadows, learning little of the outside world. Members of the order are under no duress to stay, though few ever choose to leave as they are taught their whole lives that fullfillment is found within the fold, and their apptitude and affinity for the shadow arts would be wasted in the outside world. Something happened on a mission to make Blake question this, eventually leading to her leaving to see what purpose she might find for herself, or if there really is no place for her outside the order. They let her go freely but are still keeping tabs when they can and expect her back before too long, preferably of her own free will, though what might influence that will, well... who can say?

A lot more than she realises, the order can do no wrong in her mind still, from her perspective they gave her a home and a purpose, has not yet realised and grappled with how she was used as a tool from childhood and how thats actually not super cool.

Understands things quickly and efficiently, and has good intuition for the practical aspects of a new concept, but lacks knowledge of most things ever.
Morality & Philosophy
If someone wants you dead, you fucked up enough to be in that situation and that sucks for you but she aint gotta care. That said she is not without a moral compass, it's just been dulled and warped in matters of proffesional interest. She will rarely care about what happens to people shes only just met, though shes interested in how people live in the outside world.
Mysterious, deadly, and oddly uneducated, Blake appears as a highly skilled assassin but strangely a novice adventurer.
