The Cinder Queen/King
The Cinder Queen (King) is a title given to whoever is in charge of the 1115th Layer of the Abyss, the Cinder Wastes. This grants the rank of demon-lord to whoever bears it. It has recently been kept in a specific family, unlike many other demonic titles.
Qualifications
You must be the ruler of the Cinder Wastes.
Requirements
You must be the singular ruler of the Cinder Wastes, you must also possess some kind of demonic ancestry or trait to absorb the full power of the Cinder Queen.
Appointment
Upon death or retirement of the previous Cinder Queen, a new one is appointed. This can be accomplished in several ways: either you kill the previous leader and take their place, or you're gifted the power by the previous leader. One can also become Cinder Queen if no current Cinder Queen exists in the planar system and they proclaim themselves to be the new Cinder Queen while standing in the 1115th Layer of the Abyss.
Duties
The Cinder Queen's sole duties are the spreading of ash in the world and the hearts of men. The Cinder Queen must seek to dominate the material plane and all others in an eternal cloud of burning, choking ash. They must also seek to corrupt mortals and draw them to the Abyss following their deaths.
Responsibilities
The Cinder Queen is responsible for the ruling of the Cinder Wastes. In effect, they rule like a normal material plane noble but with increased capabilities. The Cinder Queen is the undisputed authority on their layer, and all bow down to them.
Benefits
By becoming Cinder Queen you secure several benefits. You gain complete access to the Cinder Wastes, capable of manipulating it with a thought. You gain the ability to manipulate ash, smoke, and fire with ease, including the ability to transform into clouds of ash, cause devastating sandstorms, or generate intense blasts of fire capable of harming even other demons. The Cinder Queen is also capable of granting their followers access to spells and other benefits if they're capable of receiving them.
Accoutrements & Equipment
While not inherent to the title, Heaven Sait did wield Oltal Ab Klyok which she received from her mother (known only as the Cinder Queen) and which she gifted to her daughter, Apolonia.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
The only way to be dismissed from the role is to be killed, give it up, or leave the planar system. The Cinder Queen may also lose their connection to their power source if a more powerful divine being forcibly separates them.
