Castle Khozad

Yarl Khozad made a fortune in mining, having found a lucrative gold mine in his youth. He belonged to the ruling family of the Goldhammer clan, and built this castle with the wealth as a refuge for his clan. The Goldhammer clan fell on hard times after the Troll Wars, as many members were killed, and eventually the castle was abandoned.
The last member of the clan, Yarl's grandson Halric, is rumored to have spent his final days in the castle after all others had left. His final fate is unknown, its assumed he either snuck off alone in shame or died in the castle.
