Kingdom of Thracia
The Kingdom of Thracia was located West of present day Osterholm. Once thriving, Thracia was one of the participants in the Great Calm, and shared knowledge, art, and music freely with neighbors far and wide across Ghor.
Fall
In 3587, Orc armies from the Southern Islands started to land on the shores of Thracia. While the first waves were repelled by King Landelar, more waves continued to assult the forrested lands of Thracia. Calls were made to neighboring armies, from Slaghammer to Aentelor, an ancient human kingdom that stands where Osterholm now sits. Not one of the neighbors sent armies to assist. After 10 years of constant assualt, the Elves of Thracia were forced to abandon the location and retreat.
A number of Thracian Elves were embittered by the ordeal, and instead of retreating with their brethen, they dug into the ruins of Thracia and nurtured their hatred. These Elves today are known as the Drow.
