Oceanus

(a.k.a. O.C. Andersen)

Oceanus is a sea elf who was held captive on the Sea Ghost. After the party liberated him, he settled in Saltmarsh and has become the first and currently only underwater navigator in the Mariner's Guildhall, helping Tom Stoutly and the mariners navigate the sea. During the party's adventure to find the folktale wanderer Emsharnar, Oceanus worked as a diplomat between the party and the Sea Elf King Vanduil.
