Eda Oweland

Eda is a gruff middle-aged council woman and lifelong Saltmarsh resident. She is keenly interested in expanding Saltmarsh's fishing industry, and happens owns three fishing boats herself. She is suspicious of the dwarves, but believes their mining enterprise will amount to nothing. (Traditionalist)
