Once fearsome dwarven warrior, now the leader of the newly established mining operation in Saltmarsh run out of a small office near the edge of town. She was placed in her position on the council by royal decree. Manistrad has little patience and sees the rest of the council, save for Eliander, as rustic dullards. (Loyalist)
