Accessing other races TECH

Accessing each other tech ALLIES ONLY While the Humans Elves and Dwarves are allies they still don't share tech freely Same with the Orks and Trolls.

In each case, you need to get high into the ranks of each society to gain access to their ships or protected Tech. If you did not serve in the various services it tasks a SOC 9 to even be able to speak about these things in any of these lands. As a non-race, you would need special status to not be immediately arrested for talking about or asking about any of the techs of the race. In the services a 05+ can ask about the tech without problem but it is a special request that is review for the reason and it is normally loan never given.
