Computers have been designed on the planet since AI tried to take over. All computers after that time that are linked to any new systems use 3 new computer use skills: Data and Operation Systems, AI, and Biotech Systems.
Normal Computer Use cannot be used against AIs in the World. AI skill can be used as diplomacy vs self-aware machines as well as reprogramming their personality part or trying to change parts of their core programming
Data and Operation Systems for any system that stores data or runs external systems. Since the war, there is a biometric lock on them and their structures do not follow easily logical design most AI would find easy to navigate.
Biotech When the world needs to dive deep into the human genome whole new computer systems were created to allow us to do that. Anything to do with genes, biotech etc stores data on these sorts of system
