Humans

Human lands are well civilized with a functional govt and elected officials every 4 years. The 2 branches are the Civil Council and the War Council. Each has the roles they play, Civil keeps the lands running and can pull troops from War to protect key areas or push back any threats that appear in the lands themselves. War council deals with the defense of borders and the ongoing war on the magic point. The human cities are very much like Shadowrun, parts are run down and left to the gangs and low scum that are always part of human society, others are built up and beautiful, well protect and status gets you in. Life is cheap though, and most crime the punishment is enlisted in the army and shipped to the front lines.
