Matrix Maximums

The matrix transfers what you are in meat to digital but it assumes that at some point what it is reading is not not humanity possible. In regards to them, you cannot have more than 30 in any stat in the Matrix, you cannot have more than 5 actions in one round in the Matrix, and you cannot be higher than 20th level in the Maxtrix. While there are some ways to break these maxims, they are not normal. If you see something breaking these my advice chummer, jack out immediately.
