Honmosia's Corset

It is said one can receive it through having a romantic relationship with the goddess, though, no one in the last thousand years has gotten it, and any direct myths about how to receive it have been lost to time.

History

Designed and created by the Creator to be given to Honmosia. She's wore it ever since. It's been given to many, many people over the last 50,000 years. Some people say you must simply have a one night stand with the goddess, others say you must jump through hoops to get it, more myths include getting married to the Goddess.
One person who has worn it was the legendary Flower of Ioshricasse, a honorable sword fighter that lived ten thousand years before. When his body was found, the Corset was not on him. The Flower of Ioshricasse was the leader of one of the lost countries that was part of the Inter-Species alliance during the major war 10,000 years ago. It was said he was married to Honmosia, but some accounts state he was simply in a relationship with her. Whatever the case was, the Corset increased his power ten fold, even giving him the ability to control some elements. His fighting style improved, as he infused his blades with elemental power. The Corset also saved his life, as it would deflect sword strikes to his chest and stomach.
Another well known wearer of the Corset was the Sniper, Shattered Obsidian. Known for being the best sharpshooter in the Stepmorian Imperial Army, before she defected during the God's War to fight alongside a small country and their god, far to the north. Her body was never found, the country and their god fell quickly to the overwhelming forces of Stepmor. No one is quite sure how she and Honmosia knew each other, or how she received the Corset, Stepmor also squashed down any information on her. Though it is known that, when pulling from the power of Honmosia and the Corset, she could create something like 'phantom rifles' to assist her in battle, the area around her, or where she was targeting would become nearly inhabitable to anyone but her allies. What little info that has made it out of Stepmor indicates she was exicuted for Treason, and all her belongings were incinerated.
The most recent wearer of the Corset was a Garakuta/Heimatwelt hybrid Mech operator. Running the Mark-2 Bodenfraiser, during one of Shayedias stronger attacks on a Heimatwelter Prison. Their name is not well known, because the entire contingent, and their Shayedian adversaries were lost in a massive sand blizzard that wiped the prison off of the map, no one can find any records, except for around two hours of footage that were found at the supposed site of the battle, showing the unnamed soldier lacing up what is believed to be the Corset, and putting his combat suit over it, showing the battle, with one mech seeming to glow, and moving much quicker than a Bodenfraiser, especially a Mark 2, should've moved. The rest of the footage is corrupted, and the old files on who served that prison during that time cannot be found.

Significance

While not a major player in the Religion of the Maiti, the Corset is a large part of their myths, and stories. With legends being raised of old Maiti warriors being given the Corset to fight harder. Some soldiers still wear an intimidation of the Corset under their armor.

Fakes

As excpected of such a well-known item, many fakes have been made, sold, and stolen.
During the God's war, manufacturing of such items exploded, and soldiers wore them, hoping that even a fake would hold some of the same power that the real one had. At times the corsets helped the soldiers, other times, being hit with a bullet would shatter parts of the corset, doing more damage to the insides of the soldier.
The fakes were made out of any material that the manufacturer could get their hands on. Including Silk, cotton, rubber, leather, denim, animal skin, or polyester.

Raw materials & Components

While the Creator designed the Corset from the vastness of space, it is believed that it does have a distinct construction, with parts of it being accented with gold, jewels, silver, and silk. Others believe it is more of a chest plate, than a corset. Honmosia has never said anything related to it.
