The religion of Loda, however unlike most other foreign religions, the practitioners of this religion belief in multiple gods and practice devotion to one or more that affect their lives in some way. Some of these gods are Elder Gods and others are deities only worshiped by those native to Loda, such as gods of commerce, weather etc.
This religion would be most easily compared to the beliefs of Greek and Roman Mythology, where the gods are not necessarily good or benevolent, but serve their own whims and can help non-believers of the religion if they are believed to be more worthy of their favor.
Practice of devotion tends to be dictated by the profession of the believer, such as sailors praying to the gods of weather and sea or farmers praying to the god of nature, weather and fertility.
