The Sanguine Creed

A wide spread religion, with its origins within a divergent group from Vyn Lund, followers believe that within their blood there is much power within and from it is power, life and the ability to transcend ones limits. Most practice light amounts of bloodletting, blood offerings and the consumption of raw meat, however extremists or puritans can further their devotion by flagellation, extreme bloodletting, rubbing of salt or citrus on open wounds and many more painful and extreme practices.
With this most hide their beliefs from others, for fear of judgement as many know of the extremist's practices and assume all members also perform these acts. Some nations or societies have even outlawed this religion for fear of the spread of extremist ideology and the rising number of cults appearing across Hulia. Depending on the persecutor, punishment can be as light as conversion or denouncement of their beliefs to burning at the stake, It is safe to say that this group is highly looked down upon by outsiders.
Strangely however, some members can even receive benefits from this belief, as many highly devoted to their practices have been found to heal quickly and even supposedly transfer their own wounds unto others or vise versa.
