Gnomes ([ noʊm ])
It is not that I do not trust a gnome, I do not trust a Bulo Merchant. The gnomes originated from Eleanor, and are regarded a sub-species of dwarves, after migrating to Eleanor in the early days and adapting to the forests and fertile land. Gnomes are viewed as cunning and quick, commonly charismatic and very good with bargaining. Gnome cultures vary like all species and are as vast as the humans. When referring to their genders, the gendered terms are Gnome [ noʊm ] and Gnoma [ 'noʊ.ma ].

Civilization and Culture
History
Gnomes are currently theorised as having originated from dwarves that migrated to Eleanor and its plains. The coasts of Eleanor were often mountainous, meaning that the coastal dwarves didn't have to adapt, but the plain living folk are believed to have slowly adapted and spread over Eleanor. Eventually, the gnomes managed to migrate back to Olivia.
The Khalekom mythology describe gnomes as being descended from fost imbued frogs, descendants of Dodhoel.
Gnomes are incredibly versatile as a species, existing pretty cohesively with other species. The Rhussom Empire is often considered the 'home of the Gnomes', and the regime did push Gnomic agendas more than much else. But Gnomes have existed across many cultures without ostracization.
