Blet Mërtir Halim Tatari, the 18th is a Borenae Halfling Shërbëtor from Pascha in the Kiol Downs of Gol-Kasha. Though lacking the local power of a Mayor, he also legally fulfills this role within the Duchy of Gol-Kasha, as the village is de jure a part of the region.
Blet is the 18th reincarnation of his name down the line of Tatari according to Borenae tradition.

Blet takes great pride in his fez — the badge of office for his role as Shërbëtor of the Tatari Stockade — keeping it clean and pristine. The rest of his apparel is of less concern to him, and shows the wear of a life working in the fields and valleys of his homeland.

Blet is a friend to the Scofflaws' Guild, having shared good relations with them since first dealing with Kaddie Okrum during the thirty fifth foray, and then accepting aid from them during the forty seventh foray. 
Blet claims to have discovered the ghost of his namesake — a previous Blet of his line — in the Haunted Barrow Mound of Pascha, and is deeply concerned about the religious implications of this.
