Catfolk
One of the first races of the world. Diverse and individualistic, these people are a rambunctious and intrepid lot. With a large variety of characteristics and features, the Catfolk can be found most anywhere in the world, usually thriving. They are highly adaptable, curious by nature, and always looking for the next best thing.
In the begining, the Catflok split into four distinct tribes, or peoples. These tribes are defined less by ethnic and geneological traits, but more by social beliefs and cultural norms. The
Basic Information
Anatomy
Bipedal with two arms and dexterous, opposable thumbs. Hands often retain vestigial paw-pads and almost always have clawed fingers. Tails are the norm, along with feline facial features, snouts, and dental structure. Fur and its thickness can vary with the climate.
Ecology and Habitats
The Catfolk have a wide range of ideal habitation areas and are very adaptable. If a group is not already suited to a current habitat, they most likely will be within a few generations. That said, most are comfortable in areas with open skies and wide horizons, with plenty of foliage for camouflage. It is not often you will find any living underground.

Five Senses are present, along with Darkvison. Whiskers also afford some extra spacial awareness.
