Otieno (temple report)

Godbound known throughout the Shaxeng peninsula.
Age: Estimated 35.
Origin: Far Western plains area. Suspected to be [elephant] but unconfirmed due to distance and lack of proper temple connections in the region.
Physical description: long black hair, dark skin, black eyes. Fairly short (around 5'4) but heavily muscled. Moves with assurance and grace.
Subject is a bound of Ket who appears to have found a form of stability. He's been working as an agent for several associated businesses for nearly twenty years, helping to hunt and trap other godbound.
He's not particularly fond of the temple itself, but doesn't mind working with businesses known to work with the temple. His morals are inconvenient at times, as he'd much rather kill a rogue bound than risk them escaping. His lethality rate of targets is around 80%, but working with him drastically decreases staff casualties.
He tends to have very good odds to show up shortly after a rogue bound begins gaining notoriety. He's suspected to have ties to underground groups that feed him information. Recommended to only be called in if direct confrontation with a rogue is unavoidable. Temple crews have a much higher capture rate, and if possible using them is recommended, especially for priority bound.
Subject has incredibly iron control over his bond, and has never had any recorded friendly fire even under duress. Temple is debating the benefit ratio of pulling him in to find out how he's held control so well, but for now he's more useful as a free agent.
