The Owl

A sly assassin and protector, The Owl controls the battle field with a swarm of needles that when out of combat make up a cloak that covers his body. Through his mastery over metal magic and his studies in the Yu'Han academies, The Owl has developed a technique that allows him to incapacitate his enemies by targeting pressure points with his needles.
