Kasai

Kasai is the capital of the Minkai empire in the continent of Tian Xia. The city was chosen as the capital at the founding of the empire in 3619 AR. It is known for its beautiful works of art, lavish festivals and street performances, and deep culture. Since control of the city was transferred from the emperor to his most trusted bodyguard, now called the Jade Regent, it has also become known for its debauchery and growing red light district.
Three peripheral areas lie across the Hebigawa River that, although not considered part of the core of Kasai itself, are nevertheless important districts.
