Protean

Proteans are outsiders of pure chaos. They often have long, serpentine bodies though their features like their nature are often in flux. Surprisingly they have a strict caste system, though this is more easily understood when one looks at each individual subspecies. Each subspecies is assigned to the task it is most capable of doing, with the ruling class of keketars displaying a horrifying amount of powers. All proteans possess some ability to warp reality around them and the influence of their presence on the material plane is unmistakable.
