Leader of Crying Leaf
Eviana Nirgassan is the leader of the elven settlement of Crying Leaf, in Varisia's Mierani Forest. She was appointed to the role by the elves of Kyonin a decade ago, following the death of her predecessor in the local conflict with the drow.
She is usually dressed in fine clothes, with a circlet on her brow and jewels in her hair. She often wears a sword in these troubled times.
