Perelir
Perelir is a former member of the defunct Winter Council who now works directly and openly with the Lantern Bearers, an organization the council once secretly controlled.
When the Winter Council was dissolved by Queen Telandia, Perelir's involvement was never revealed, which allowed her to step away from the radical organization without repercussion. She now atones for her involvement by supporting the Lantern Bearers and ensuring they support the kingdom and its people.
