Sharrak
Sharrak, a green kobold, was the Church of the First’s spy within the radical bandit group known as the Claws of Dahak. The group's leader, a wild magic sorcerer named Jeralla, mutated many of her kobold followers through her wild magic. Sharrak was no exception, growing a second tail among other abnormalities. During negotiations with another group, the Gray Patriots, Sharrak had been instructed by the Church to signal a band of mercenary orcs to sweep in and wipe out the Claws of Dahak and anyone who got in their way.
As fate would have it, a group of adventurers struck simultaneously. Their target, however, was the leader of the Gray Patriots - a former member of the Salisgrad Black Gauntlets, a traitorous knight known as Sahnd Krulek. In the aftermath, Sharrak was attacked by the orcs but was saved by the adventurers. He then turned and offered aid to them, and together, they fled to safety.
When the adventurers returned to Salisgrad to bring the disgraced knight to justice, they discovered they needed to pursue another knight hiding in The Stolen Lands of the River Kingdom. Sharrak, having been there before, offered his navigational services and joined them on their mission.
