Sandpoint Lumber Mill

The Sandpoint Lumber Mill is located on River Street on the banks of the Turandarok River. It is owned by the wealthy Scarnetti family who controls Sandpoint's lumber industry, and was one of the first buildings built during the founding of the town. The mill is currently run by Ibor Thorn and Banny Harker, henchmen or businessmen with connections in the Scarnetti family.

If your character has at least 1 rank in Knowledge Local she knows this: Neighbors are quietly complaining that Ibor and Banny have been running their insidiously noisy logsplitter into the wee hours of the night as they rush to keep up with demand in the face of Magnimar’s increased hunger for lumber. No one openly complains, because no one wants to be on the Scarnetti's bad side.
