Thistletop

The island of Thistletop sits in the Varisian Gulf off the coast of the Nettlewood. Local Varisians claim that under the right circumstances, one can see an ancient face carved into the huge rock of the island. the island is currently held by the Thistletop goblins who built a small wooden fortress on top.

If your character has Knowledge (Local) or Knowledge (History)of +5 or more, she knows of rumors that this strangely round rock formation contains an intricate and ancient ruin which delves deep into the center of the island.
