Baron Zatrim Vendikon (a.k.a. Raven)
Being a Baron at a very young age, it comes with its own form of hardships. Baron Vendikon has done everything within his power to ensure that every prosperous event has had something to do with him; and that the population knows about it.
He worked hard to gain the trust of the population of Pirren’s Bluff with no foul play. He set up taverns and adventurers guilds in order to entice adventurers to seek out Pirren’s Bluff in hopes for adventure.
While there is almost never a lot of adventuring needed in Pirren’s Bluff, it has become the mid-way stop for travellers coming from, or going to both Isger or Old Cheliax.
Vendikon has a fear of Victus Tegula. The Vampire count in Isger that has uttered several times that he wants to make an advance on the most northern part of Andoran, and that is where Pirren’s Bluff just happens to fall into place.
That is not the only reason Vendikon fears the Count, nobody knows exactly why, but he seems to know a lot about him.
