Personal history
Surus Tucca is the left hand of Count Victus, he is the Dagger in the night that does the deeds best not seen by anybody.
He is a ruthless and evil man that completely lacks empathy for anything that is living. He is a tool of the Count and he is well aware of it, since it is all that he is good for, he is impeccable with his duties.
If the Count is defeated in battle, he always turns into an immense number of rats that scatter all over the place, but he always comes back somehow.
