Not a lot is commonly known about Victus Tegula. He is primarily known as the strongest noble out of the nine noble families in Isger.
The Tegula estate located on the outside border of Logas is enormous and could almost be mistaken for as a small town. The estate even has it's own tax system amongst the people who work within the estate.
