Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a tight fitting green shirt and pants. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy golden hair. His eyes are a pleasant hazel.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Hobart embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing music. History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic. Location: In a market quarter. The street outside has a pickpocket looking for marks and is adjacent to a large home. Description: The tavern is a plaster and wood framed cabin, with a gray shingled roof and vines covering the walls and roof. A number of hunting trophies line the walls. It contains a set of gold scales and a fire pit cooking food in the middle of the tavern. Specials:

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears green painted combat armor at almost all times. He has moderate length chestnut hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one. History: Kellen was born with his father's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous. Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally Ideals: Philantrophist. Location: In the main street near the town gate. The street outside is shaded by colorful trees and is lined with a low stone wall. Description: The general store is a timber framed cabin, with a reinforced wooden door and softly blowing chimes by the door. It contains an inviting hearth and the walls are covered in shelves full of supplies. Specials:
