Adventurer's Guild building at Vellumis. The Guild Master is Nakir who's whereabouts are currently unknown. Instead the Vice Guild Master Melcer Stormward is currently in charge of this branch.
The Oathbearers visited here and got help from Melcer to find their missing member Dujek. They were also introduced to Tayschren Tanthul here as a way to help track down Dujek.
