The Swallowtail Festival

The Swallowtail is a joyous day that visits Sandpoint once a year. Merchants and travelers gather from across the land to sell their goods, trade tales, drink and make merry. The children of the village play at fair games and enjoy the exotic sweets at the various storefronts. At the end of the day, the priests to Desna hold their ceremonies, for it is in her honor that the tradition began in the first place. Ultimately, a good time is had by all.

An annual festival held in Sandpoint‌ on the Autumnal Equinox. People from all over come to take part in the festivities and sell their wares.
