Gathering Council

The Gathering Council is the ruling council of the Five Kings Mountains region, around the High King of Highhelm. It is composed of the rulers of the major dwarven cities of Larrad, Highhelm, Kovlar, Taggoret, Rolgrimmdur, and Tar-Kazmukh. The High King convenes a meeting of the Gathering Council once every 200 years. The meetings of the Gathering Council are known to go on for months.
