To become a council member for the Seven, one must be recognized as the head of their school of magic at the Institute of Magical Learning.

Perception

Purpose

The council members of the Seven act as the governing and overseers of Mimir and at times the last defense of the city. While the Mages of Mimir may be seen as the organization representing all of the city as a whole the council and its members are responsible for running it.

The councilmembers are the last line of defense for Mimir and while very skilled in magic the members are not invincible and are often the target of attack.
