The Council of Seven
Structure
The Council of Seven was designed in a way so that no singular school of magic could dominate or control the interests of Mimir. By electing representation from each school through skill in that specific school of magic that councilmember is considered the head of the school and thus can make decision for the rest of its students.
Public Agenda
The High Tower duties as the governing council of Mimir mean that publicly the wishes of the Council are the wishes of Mimir. Often acting as the representation of Mimir's citizen the archmages on the Council make decisions or choices that they see as best for the good of all of Mimir. The Council of Seven is also known to weight in on matters of great importance regarding magic and its uses.
